A Long Weekend in Edinburgh
Last weekend we went to Edinburgh to see my Uncle who lives there. We left on the Thursday and drove there (which took about 6-7 hours). We then came home on the Sunday. That drive was even longer.
On the Friday we went to the National Museum of Scotland where we tried to see Dolly the Sheep. Unfortunately she was being kept in storage temporarily. We also went to lunch, had some amazing baked goods and walked around exploring.
We had some amazing breakfasts in Skylark Cafe and Peter's Yard. I would definitely recommend the cinnamon buns from Peter's Yard.
