Flapjacks!
A blog is not complete until it has a flapjack recipe. And I have found the best one. EVER!
These flapjacks are rich and sweet and full of goodness. I came across this recipe randomly and have used it twice. The second time it was more molassesy because I used dark muscovado sugar not light brown sugar. It didn't make much of a difference.
Our scales broke the day I made these so I had to use cups. I ended up searching for 'british flapjack recipe in cups'. When I searched 'flapjacks in cups' loads of pancakes came up. Right. Ok then.
