Smoothies-two in one!

Ok guys. It is sooooo hot here. And when its hot you get thirsty. And when you get thirsty you need to drink. And smoothies are the BEST kind of drink.

Today I am bringing you 2 recipes. Both of which are smoothies. One is a strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry smoothie. The other is a Strawberry(see the theme?) and Banana smoothie.

They look cool, smell cool, and taste cool. All the good things in life.

Lets start with the Strawberry, Blueberry, and Raspberry smoothie:


Ingredients:

100g strawberries

35g raspberries

40g blueberries

Half a banana

Half a glass of juice

An ice cube

Method:

Smoothies are pretty easy. You just take the fruit and liquid and add it to the blender. Blend a little and voilĂ . A nice smoothie.

Pour your colourful drink into a nice glass and slurp away. But take and Instagram photo first!


The Strawberry and Banana smoothie:


Ingredients:

130g strawberries

Half a banana

Half a cup of juice

A tablespoon of greek yougurt.

Method:

Same thing as always. Add to a blender and blitz away. Then drink. In the sunshine. With a smile on your face.
