I am going to do a COOKING COMPETITION!


I know that I have not posted for ages BUT I have been busy.

I have been practising for a ........


They are having it at my High School, and I am participating.

We have to cook a three course meal in 2 hours.

I am cooking:

Starter: Chicory and Blood Orange Salad

Main: Roast Chicken Breast with potatoes, tomatoes and fennel

Dessert: Blackcurrant compote with Greek yoghurt

Sorry, but there won't be any pictures 'cause that's what happens when you lose power in the middle of a meal!
